Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within approximately 48 hours of payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive tracking information by email once a label has been created.
U.S. Shipping Only
Chrome Labs ships within the United States only, subject to destination restrictions shown at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.
USPS Rates and Free Shipping
Standard USPS shipping is a flat $10. Domestic orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250 or more before eligible discounts qualify for free standard USPS shipping. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold. Expedited shipping is $19.99 and is not included in the free-shipping offer.
Packaging and Tracking
Orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Tracking information is provided by email once the shipping label is created. If tracking has not arrived within 2 business days after ordering, contact support@chrome-labs.com with your order number.
Address Accuracy and Carrier Delays
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Chrome Labs is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or carrier delays. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a refund.
